Dividend Policy

The current CMPC dividend policy for fiscal year 2022 is 40% of the Distributable Net Profit for the year as agreed at the General Shareholder Meeting on April 28th, 2022. The Company announced on November 18, 2022 that 60% of the Distributable Net Profit will be distributed for the 2022 exercise.
